Control Z: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Jonathon Wilson Ready Steady Cut Nevertheless, an overly familiar setup and some terribly leaden dialogue notwithstanding, there's potential in Control Z. There's a sense of escalating despair and a believable degree of chaos that begins to erupt once the secrets start to spill out. Rated: 2.5/5 Jun 26, 2020 Full Review Control Z: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Melissa Camacho Common Sense Media It also reminds us how we create our own vulnerabilities by relying on cell phones and social media to help us make sense of the world. Overall, it's a series that is entertaining, addictive, and has mass global appeal. Rated: 4/5 Jun 10, 2020 Full Review Control Z: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Nili Blanck Remezcla Like any good telenovela, the characters are as full of secrets as the show is full of clichés. Jun 10, 2020 Full Review Control Z: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Ella Kemp NME (New Musical Express) A frustrating melodrama, a carousel of stereotypes and cruel formulas rather than any original, stimulating story about modern youth. Rated: 2/5 Jun 6, 2020 Full Review Control Z: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (5) Natalia Trzenko La Nación (Argentina) The series is not too interested in being original or plausible. Ashley P Season 1 and 2 are my fav 3 was so so… but understand they needed an ending. I like that all the actors are Mexican. Even American Mexican. So born in usa but both parents are Mexican. Love that. (Someone complained so I googled and yeah they are all Mexican don't know why it matters if they are lighter skinned we are different shades) It's supposed to be this higher education preparatory school but they don't were uniforms? Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/28/23 Full Review London H A okay season good drama the main villain could've have been revealed better, but overall good season Rated 3/5 Stars • Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/19/23 Full Review Hampton C It is a great show for people who want to learn about hackers and technology. I love Sofia because she is the introverted girl we all wish to be. Totally recommend watching it! Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/14/23 Full Review Nonsindiso G I finished the show last month. The first season had me hooked. I am not into who did it sort of series, however, this show added more zest to it. The love stories being built and falling apart were interesting. The reveal at the end was shocking to find because I did not expect it. Looked forward to season 2. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review DiakAmmo T It does not reflect the real student body of a Mexican high school Why are 99% of the Mexican students in this TV series look European? Very UNREALISTIC depiction of a typical Mexican high school population. Mexican TV series producers, directors, and Latin media as a whole need to wake up and realize it is the 21st century and start creating TV shows that depict more REALISTIC stories of real people and stop "white washing" your artistic creations! Why do you continue the practice of using only white actors, models, or performers as the main characters? REALISTIC REPRESENTATION MATTERS!
