I love the service I get here. The only thing I'm not wild about is they have movies playing most of the time, and some of them contain foul language, lots of violence etc. I'd like to have nice relaxing spa type music or something, or at least family-friendly movies...a relaxing atmosphere. Coco is the best at her craft. She makes it look easy. Read Less

Nails fell off within a couple days went back to have them fixed. They cut them shorter than I asked . I also asked for coffin the gave me a regular square. Worst experience ever......

I stopped here to get powder dip for my nails plus a pedi and a bit of waxing. I also had a 15 minute chair massage which was lovely. The nail techs are not experienced with the powder process, and did not start with the base powder. Within 24 hours all of my nails had split, cracked and chipped. I had to find another shop to redo all of them. The workers were very nice. They need more education. Read Less

The people that work there are very nice but I would never go there again honestly. To start off with the water was literally cold and I got a French pedicure that I could have done a better myself, and they barely did anything pedicure wise besides painting. Plus they used paper towels to rest my feet on and dry them off with. Just very low scale and tacky. Read Less

Just horrible. The lady who did my nails completely ruined my already full set of nails. On my way back to Woodbridge I stopped for a call, then decided to maybe save time get my nails done here. What a mistake, I can't begin to say how bad the salon ruined my already decent acrylic nails. She asked if I wanted them cut down and I said "yes" just a little. So what should have been a trim, fill-in and simple polish looked like short, pointy, stubby arrows with a horrible coat of red polish. I was so upset and disgusted that I didn't want to spend another moment trying to tell her to fix it. Not to mention the shape is so crooked it looks like she did it blindfolded. Beware of this place. Read Less
