Life without, ice cream?I know in this heat, we can’t resist our favourite ice cream. But there are many who are lactose intolerant and can’t enjoy their cup.Dairy alternates are there, but my friends tell me, it’s not the same.     Apple has withdrawn the ‘Crush’ spot for iPad Pro and apologised that the ad missed the mark. Ad Age received a response from Tor Myhren, VP of Marketing Communications at Apple, who said the ad was not meant to offend the creative fraternity but metaphorically wanted to convey that the iPad Pro can do all the creative work. Tor said, we are sorry.

    Crush should be meaningful. Apple should learn or two from The Coca-Cola Company on how to use crush as a creative device to create something beautiful and worth remembering. The latest iPad Pro ad, Crush https://lnkd.in/dHzgCZsT was hugely ‘inspired’ by LG ( we all know what happened to LG phones; yeah it got crushed).What is that!

    People stand for those who stand for them. Dove’s recent campaign nudges people to celebrate Real Beauty than the one prompted by AI. It’s not easy to carry the legacy of the great movement on Real Beauty started by Ogilvy twenty years back, but the team at an independent creative agency, SOKO Brazil has done justice to the campaign.
