@VZWSupport well lets see you shut off my service for “not keeping a payment arrangement” even though the payment arrangement was made then charged me $20 a line in reconnection fees without telling me. Your customer service reps were condescending, rude and unhelpful & my phone never works

@bfishbfish Actually I don’t think you are dear. Your statements are completely false. You know that the towers had the signal for the Verizon and AT&T cell service. We had none after the towers fell for a period of time. I was there I know.
