  @bfishbfish Actually I don’t think you are dear. Your statements are completely false. You know that the towers had the signal for the Verizon and AT&T cell service. We had none after the towers fell for a period of time. I was there I know.

  I need to speak with a human, over a phone, regarding my account. Chat is inefficient and in this case, ineffective. I still seek answers and clarity on an issue from months ago. AI and technology isn't always the best customer service channel. @Verizon
